A Winter Solstice You'll always remember

Hey loves, we begin the week with the winter Solstice, under the nakshatra of Purva Bhadrapada. The "woke" one. If you follow my Facebook/Instagram stories, I update you daily with the influence of energies as the Moon shifts between the Nakshatras.

You can call me superstitious, but the way the beginning of the week goes says a lot about how the rest will be. Purva Bhadrapada is an incredibly spiritual lunar mansion. Its energy is emotionally intense, like the waves of the ocean concealing the danger that lies beneath the surface. It deals with the things hidden in plain sight and things that reside within the in-between. It's all the things that go bump in the night, the stuff you say doesn't exist, nightmares come to life, ghosts, hauntings, witches and magic.

Purva Bhadrapada brings us to face all we'd rather not. It opens a spiritual door for us to experience weird things like hearing and seeing things that aren't there and something that cannot be explained. On the more mundane it brings rise around paranoia, jealousy, crime, secrets, lies, drugs, alcohol, fears, repressed memories and death related things.

Monday falls under the winter solstice, the longest night of the year and how fitting it's infused with the Bhadrapada energy. A week that we'll be awakening to something we've been neglecting for too long. It gives me the feeling of being haunted, it only goes away when you acknowledge why it's there. The death of the Sun as his reborn and returns back the light.

What do you need to let go of in your life? The Solstice is the perfect time to take stock of the year. Look at where you've been and what you've accomplished. A time for gratitude and giving thanks for the promise of another day, and light returning. A time for you to think about where you'll be going, and what you set out to achieve and time to give your well-wishes to those you know and are thankful for.

The Solar energy right now falls under Mula, the roots. It's time to get to the bottom of things to not fall victim to that which makes us uncomfortable but to rise up and face it. Shadows are as much a part of life as anything else, and the only way through the darkness is to keep moving forward and allow your inner light to guide your way.

It's now the time for you to choose to follow the path of Saturn or Jupiter and commit to the path you choose. It's here that you can obtain great success, for it's a conjunction that comes here once in a lifetime if you're lucky. The conjunction was seen as a signal for a great King or guru to be born. When you commit and on the right path, you can get a lifetime of success, but it requires your effort, dedication and perseverance to see it through.
