I kindly ask before you complete your booking that you read below. I highly recommend if you've never had a session with Ask a little Witch that you read some of the frequently asked questions and the disclaimer before proceeding to checkout.

Will my reading arrive at the time I booked?

As I do not limit the time I spend on my sessions, it's impossible to guarantee that your session will arrive at the exact time you booked. To allow for enough time for YouTube to process your reading. It'll arrive within 24 hours of your booking time; this provides enough time for your reading to upload to YouTube.

When will I receive my reading?
โ
Your session will arrive 24 hours from the date and time you booked. Let's say you booked a session for May 21, at noon. Your session will arrive in your inbox by May 22, at noon.

I do however aim to have your session with you by 11 pm GMT the day of the booking, as it'll be performed on the day of booking, it's just a matter of editing, uploading, and waiting to complete via YouTube.

If you book a 7-week birth chart reading, you will only receive video one on the day you booked. The rest will arrive weekly on Thursday at 11 pm GMT.

Is this a live online reading? Zoom? Skype? Facetime?

At 'Ask a Little Witch' all our sessions are performed in real-time, but they're not done face to face on platforms like Skype, Zoom, or facetime.

Each reading is curated into an unlisted/private YouTube Video to view at your own leisure as much or as little as you'd like.

How will I receive my booking?

Once your session is complete, I'll personally send you an email with the link or attached reading.

If I have questions about my reading?
โ
Ask a Little Witch, makes herself available via email to clarify anything that came up during your session up to 3 days after your session. However, it's not a time for you to ask additional questions, but a time to clarify anything that already came up.

How do I know if my booking went through?
โ
All bookings made will receive an email within 48 hours (Mon-Fri) confirming the booking. You'll also receive a payment invoice through PayPal. If you have not paid, you'll get an invoice email to confirm your booking within 48 hours to purchase your season.

How do you do the sessions?
Each session, I begin with a 30 minute channeled mediation. I then draw cards and study the relevant astrology for your session. The process is a lengthy one, so I only take one client per week.
Once complete, I film, edit, and upload the session to YouTube. Each session can range from 45 minutes to 90 minutes for standard sessions, up to 6 hours for yearly sessions.
Due to each session's length, your reading will take a long time to curate into video format, which is why the processing and uploading to YouTube take such a long time. Again, a reason why your session is likely to arrive 24 hours after the booking time you selected.

How to prepare for your session?

The more sensitive individuals I've had the pleasure of reading have noted feeling dizzy, or light-headed when I perform the session. It's a rare occurrence, as I usually perform your session when you're most likely asleep.
โ
It makes it easier to connect to your spiritual energy as you're either in rem sleep or well-rested and relaxed.
โ
If I sense you're awake or anxious because you feel my presence, I usually stop and come back at a later time or finish my channeling early.
When you receive your session, I recommend listening when you're alone, relaxed, and have time for yourself. Always have a notepad and pen handy as usually when I say things, your subconscious will bring forth stuff. Whatever 'stuff' that is, be it a person, situation, or place, write it down, it'll be important later on as the months unfold.
