The week beginning under Purva Phalguni brings into focus how we show up for others. How do you partner up, and what does partnership mean for you? It’s interesting to focus on relationships and with Venus entering Capricorn from where she’ll later retrograde in December.

Relationships require work. In tropical Capricorn, there are messages in boundaries, helping to build each other up instead of tearing one another down. The week asks how you can hold space for and support those you love and how to express your needs and how you’d like others to show up for you. The week is about union, togetherness, true friendship and love in kind. It’s not competing against or trying to stay ahead or above someone but to journey side by side. Their success is your success and vice versa.

The week speaks of shifting energies all around. Mars finally leaves Aries and embarks back around the zodiac on a new quest. Again, Taurus is ruled by Venus, and so, we learn to act from our values, to protect and prioritise what we love. Connecting to our why, and allowing the why to drive us forward.

Venus herself is moving through Mula, the roots, the origin, the why we do what we do. Venus here will help you overcome past issues and untangle the mess or problems to allow your relationships to flourish and bloom. The week is not a shallow one; it’s deep; it seeks you to connect deeper.

What connections hold you back, block your progress and seek to control you? How can you improve and be a better partner, friend or lover? The week calls for you to connect to your why, why you desire what you do? Why do you value certain things, and why do the same experiences, people and connections come into your life? It’s a week to gain clarity with what you need in a partnership and break away from the dead-end, one-sided or stagnant relationships, values and desires you’ve outgrown.
