Master your Skills 🚀 Weekly Horoscope, March 1, 2021

Updated: Mar 8, 2021

Let me walk you through the weekly Horoscope for March 1, 2021, until March 7.

We'll cover this week's Nakshatra, the third quarter Moon, Mars entering Gemini, Mercury conjunct Jupiter. Moon opposite Uranus, Mars and then finishing off with the Tarot of the week.

The week begins under the Nakshatra of Hasta. The skilled one, the one that’s passionate about what they do and what’s to reach their goals asap.

If you follow my Facebook/Instagram stories, I update you daily with the influence of energies as the Moon shifts between the Nakshatras and what it can bring to your day-to-day experience.

weekly horoscope march 1, 2021, by ask a little witch,

Moon in Libra - So Relatable!

The Moon in Libra sets the tone for the week, providing a relational feel for the week to be liked and accepted. You see, Venus rules Libra, and right now, Venus is in Pisces.

Venus in Pisces is like a dream. It’s a fantasy, wearing rose-tinted glasses and applying your favourite Insta filter over your life. It deals with the contrast between illusion and reality.

When the Moon is in Libra we become a lot more aware of how others perceive us. It awakens our feelings around belonging, fitting in and being part of the group. Libra is the popular girl in high school; she’s usually only valued by her external materialistic qualities.

So, when we deal with Libra energy, we deal with connections, social interaction and social media. Libra is cardinal, meaning it’s an initiator of change; Libra being the transition from Summer to Autumn, it’s how to sustain what’s grown to last through the winter.

The week, therefore, beginning in Libra is sure to bring change around relations, partnerships and even business. It’s an energy that will focus on mutual benefit and joint interest to release what no longer aligns with our values.

Everything in life comes through others. Libra’s archetypal energy can place a lot of value on what others think, feel and believe about us. Libra is Venus, and Venus is LOVE!

When you’re around people who inspire, motivate and support us, we get a lot further ahead in life than going it alone. More than ever, in the age we live in, it’s not about what you know; it’s about who you know and what you can do.

HASTA NAKSHATRA

TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR FATE

Hasta being the Nakshatra to set off the week, brings about an entrepreneurial spirit, to work hard but smart. A week that will encourage you to master your skill set to streamline it.

Successful and wealthy people sell results, not time. They get really good at something and then sell their method, way or result. Hasta reminds you that your life can be whatever you want it to be; you just need to use your time wisely.

Hasta, governed by Moon, is about the kind of motivation that stirs passion and breeds inspiration. When you do what you love, you lose all sense of time. When you’re passionate about what you do, it cultivates purpose and motivation, allowing you to flourish.

Hasta is an expert in their field. To be an expert at anything, you need a keen sense of perception, an alert mind and awareness. You have to acknowledge and pay note to the fine details. It’s always the details that determine value, like buying a knock off design or the real thing.

When you deal with the energy of Hasta, you’re encouraged to be inquisitive, investigate and always remain curious. When you’re curious, you find things that you otherwise would not have found.

Your fate is in your hands, quite literally in the actions, choices and things you believe. In Hasta, there’s no ‘can’t’; in life, there’s always a way to get from point A to point B. You just have to be tenacious enough to figure it out.

Time often, too, is a factor under this lunar mansion. How do you spend your time? What tasks in your daily life bring little reward (joy, results, monetary advancement or satisfaction)? It’s time this week to release the stuff that wastes your time.

Instead, spend time cultivating your skill, your interests and things that bring you joy. Perfect your art, dig deeper, ask questions and remain curious about the possibilities all around.

Moon Trine Mercury

WEAVES MAGIC WITH THE ALCHEMIST

When we look at trines, we can view them like the weave of magic, permitting things to pass through, like a stream or a river flowing; its energy is always there.

Think of it like water that comes from your tap; you don’t see it or question it, and when you go to turn on the tap, it’s there, in abundance and ready for you to use as you so, please.

Mercury is the alchemist, a magician that travels between worlds. He is responsible for communication, direction and the very reason you’re capable of reading this right now. He transports messages from your brain that enable you to interact with the world around you.

When Mercury and Moon are in an easy flowing aspect such as this, we can feel more inspired, able to express what’s on our minds and in our hearts with ease.

It’s magical. You can manifest what you desire because fear is not a response on Monday. You’re unlikely to second guess or judge yourself as much, and this creates an ideal situation to allow your creativity, ideas and feelings to pour freely out of you and into the world.

Moon trine Jupiter

OVERFLOWING WITH EMOTION

Jupiter is like something going viral on social media. Whatever Jupiter touches, it grows, expands and blows well out of proportion. Jupiter gives you more of something; he represents children, learning, belief and travel, to name but a few things.

Again Jupiter is in a trine to the Moon, bringing opportunity, inspiration and creativity your way. I guess you can think of it as a sort of conception, more of an idea that could grow into something more.

Moon Square Pluto

FEELING TRIGGERED

Tuesday, the Moon will sit in an uncomfortable position to Pluto, the planet of change, fear and liberation. There’s every chance you can unload your feelings onto someone unexpectedly, a need to keep a check on your triggers.

Pluto is a planet of concealment. It represents places within places, you can see it, but you do not know its depths. It’s why Pluto governs matters like conspiracy, secrets and power. It’s psychological warfare, and so Pluto can dominate things that arise fear in others.

The Moon triggered by Pluto can make you confront something that you’d rather not. It’s a short-lived transit that happens a couple times in a month where you asked to face the truth.

Many of us lie even to ourselves about silly things, more out of wishful thinking and trying to expect the best possible outcome. When Pluto and Moon trigger each other, it creates enough force for action to be taken.

Something deep inside is itching and scratching to be heard. The best way to deal with Pluto energy is to be honest with yourself and others.

Pluto is the keeper of secrets, knowing the unknown but concealing what is found. Perhaps you’ll discover something surprising, and that truth can spur power change.

Moon Opposite Uranus

A SHOCK TO THE SYSTEM/SURPRISING THINGS

The Moon dances with Uranus on Wednesday, bringing a shock to the system or just something surprising. It gives vibes of a jack in the box or walking through a haunted house, a classic jump scare around any corner experience.

It's another transit that can make you take action without much forethought, especially as Mars is about to enter Gemini. It's a flight or fight response, how you respond in the moment.

Uranus is moving through Ashwini, the one that's about swift action in the pursuit of attaining a goal. I would advise against taking short cuts right now. Mercury always works with Uranus and being as Mercury is in Aquarius, you should check sources, instead of impulsively jumping into something that could get you in trouble later on.

Blind trust or faith in someone could lead you down the wrong path. There are no shortcuts, ignore anyone who tries to sell you one.

Moon Opposite Mars

IT TAKES TWO TO TANGO!

An opposition is an aspect where something is either being mirrored or projected onto you. It's a powerful aspect that makes you come face to face, in a way to defend or confront a situation.

Usually, oppositions directly manifest within relationships. It's a heated conflict, where two people are not seeing eye to eye, and you feel torn to choose.

Mars is a warrior; he defends at any cost; he has a code and abides by it. When you deal with Mars energy, you deal with sharp, hot and cutting situations. Fights can break out, things can break, you're impulsive with your actions, and it's best to not drive when under this energy.

Moon tangos with Mars on Thursday/Friday, bringing up feelings of frustration, anger or wanting to take action. What you want and what someone else wants might clash around this time.

Passion can arise, but also, your actions can hurt someone else's feelings, so tact is very much needed. All in all, someone or a situation is likely to test your patience, learn from this experience.

Bringing back to the theme of the week in wanting to be liked and valued. Someone could be controlling your actions, maybe through manipulation. They might be trying to take away your choice to choose.

Moon trine Neptune

DAY DREAM

Also, on Thursday, the Moon will trine Neptune. It can be a time when you might be more receptive to empathic tendencies and allow another person's wants or needs to become your own.

Earlier I explained that trines are free-flowing energy; you don't really notice their presence. It's why the other aspects like Moon/Mars and Mercury/Jupiter will be felt with more awareness.

The Moon passively connecting to Neptune can bring an opportunity to actualise a dream. On the other hand, it could also have you down the rabbit hole, daydreaming, or so immersed in your creativity.

Depending on how the energy manifests for you specifically (as in your birth chart), it can also make you more susceptible to manipulation, gaslighting and other controlling tendencies. Whatever manifests, ask yourself this, 'What do I know to be true right now?', check-in with what you want and trust your intuition.

Mercury merges with Jupiter

INFLUENTIAL FRIENDS

Thursday through Saturday, Mercury and Jupiter connect. Be on the lookout for the right mentors, teachers and friends in your field of interest.

Mercury is the planet of connection, business, communication and intellect. He naturally rules over information, friends and travel. Mercury is how you interact within the world.

Jupiter, as I explained earlier, expands and grows whatever it comes into contact with. Jupiter himself is a guru; he represents wealth and knowledge.

When Mercury merges with Jupiter in Aquarius, the sign of social media, friendships and wish-fulfilment, you know the universe is conspiring for your benefit.

It’s beautiful conjunction, one that can help you manifest what you’ve been working toward thus far. A huge part of success is in knowing the right people, having the best mentors and teachers. It’s this transit that can help you connect with someone who can help you grow in a way that prompts your success.

Mars pushes into Gemini

CUTTING AWAY NEGATIVITY

Mars shifts into Tropical Gemini on Thursday, turning that amber light to green, green, go! Mars in Taurus was slow, methodical and forced you to cultivate patience that you didn’t have.

Mars in Gemini is fast, swift and is all about cutting away the negativity and dead weight in your life. It makes everyone a lot more active, an excellent time to begin things. It’s fantastic at starting new health regimes, streamlining your routines and habits for optimal results.

More than that, Mars pushing into Gemini, is going to unleash whatever competitive edge you have. It cheers you on to be and do better. It’s an energy that’s all about connecting, learning and putting things into action.

When Mars is in Gemini, you should feel that life speeds up, inspiration flows, and you get more focused on your goals. If you face a roadblock, you can find a solution in no time.

Gemini is easy-breezy; its mutable energy meaning it allows some room for Mars to cultivate. It can take what you’ve planned for or been working toward and take action or improve upon it.

Let me know if you’d be interested in a separate post dedicated to Mars moving through Gemini for your sign, in the comments below.

Moon Square Sun

THE ¾ SQUARE

The Third quarter square of the Moon takes place Saturday 6, 01:30 GMT (click here to convert to your time zone).

The third quarter Square of the Moon is the final 90' aspect the Moon makes to the Sun before beginning a new cycle. It points to the final lessons or part of the story. Where you overcome the challenge that gets to the fresh start or the thing you want.

It points to the week's energy encouraging you to remove all that's standing in your way. What's not working in your life anymore? It's time to release, heal and move past the stuff that's taking up space in our lives.

We're entering into a Mutable square, being under tropical Sagittarius Moon and Pisces Sun. Beliefs define our realities, and both Pisces/Sagittarius are ruled by Jupiter, the planet of belief.

What's coming up here is a lot connected to how we live our lives. In some ways, Pisces/Sagittarius have a lot in common, but there is one big difference, one is water while the other Fire.

When we reflect back to the New Moon in February, the quarter Moon followed by the Virgo Full Moon last week, we can say that the final lesson lies within what you believe to be possible.

virgo full moon, February 27, 2021 by ask a little witch

If you recall, the New Moon was all about manifesting a dream; it's the one connected to the law of attraction. Over the past month, we've come to find the key in turning that dream into reality.

The very premise of the law of attraction is you attract what you believe is possible; you attract more of what you are and the energy you frequent. The ¾ Moon is calling for you to release an old belief that may be blocking what you're trying to call into your life.

Remember that beliefs are tied to both Sagittarius and Pisces. Pisces is connected to emotion (water) while Sagittarius to action (fire).

To manifest what you set the intention for, your emotion toward it has to be 'allowing', and you have to take action to experience your manifestation.

The thing is, with mutable energy, like Pisces, Sagittarius, Gemini and Virgo, it's always evolving. When you stay rigid and focus on keeping something just as is, you block the potential for better.

To manifest, you need to be flexible for how something will come into being. You need to allow your beliefs to evolve as you do. Many people practice LOA (law of attraction) who go to church.

Allow things to evolve, to release and update the way by which you live your life. You can be a Christian, for example, and still cultivate your own beliefs. It's not about blindly following and doing every little thing it says to do.

Use YOUR judgement and take your religion as guidance to cultivate your own spirituality.

MOON KISSES KETU

The holy spirit moves through you when the Moon connects to the South node. It furthers my earlier point about releasing the limiting beliefs you've carried with you that do nothing more than block your path.

Ketu is not seen; it represents the hidden world, spirituality and connection to all that came before. It's not materialistic like Rahu; it seeks not to consume but to purge and release.

The ¾ Moon is very spiritual under these energies, and the lesson here is in remaining open-minded and flexible. It's allowing something to evolve and check in with what you believe about what it is that began around the New Moon.

I've linked the Moon cycle posts at the end if you want a refresher.

MOON, MERCURY & JUPITER

As on Monday, that energy or receptivity comes back around when the Moon positively looks to Mercury & Jupiter. Perhaps a little guidance from the third quarter Moon... is to seek a mentor, join a group or focus on your social connections for guidance.

TAROT ENERGY OF THE WEEK.

weekly tarot march 1 2021 by ask a little witch, seven of cups, eight of swords, the sun tarot,

7 OF CUPS - 8 OF SWORDS - THE SUN

This week's primary energy is the Seven of Cups, the card of indecision and not knowing what you want. Generally, when the Four of cups comes up, Its when you have a choice to make, or you need to cut back on energy expenditure.

What I mean is sometimes you want to do it all, and so you try to do a little of everything, which weakens your magic. It's totally possible to manifest all you want; you need to pick one thing, manifest that, then move onto the next thing. Your results will come much faster if you do it this way.

The Seven of Cups says you've got too many distractions or choices that you cannot focus on what to do first. There might be a temptation to escape into things that'll take you away from the task at hand.

It's okay to dream every once in a while, but why not work on making those dreams a reality. It would be a much better use of your time. The Seven of Cups asks for you to tackle one thing at a time.

When the Seven of Cups pops up, she lets you know that you've got a choice to make one that will define your future progress or path. Don't get swept away by lofty ideas; bring your dreams down to earth and make a practical choice, the one that most aligns with what you want for yourself for your future.

Our choices define us, it's the things we do most of the time that directly result in our outcomes. Choose consciously, don't follow something that seems too good to be true. Lead with your heart, keep yourself on track. Ask yourself, will this help me achieve (fill in the blank)?

Focus. Plan and take action. Keep it simple. Where your attention goes, energy will flow. Make sure you're focusing on the right things.

The situational card being the Eight of Swords is simple; you feel overwhelmed to the point of inaction. You're not stuck, my friend; you've just been spreading yourself thin and stuck in your head.

That feeling of being stuck, is one of your own making. And just as you made it, you can un-make it! You can decide right now that everything is possible and that your success is inevitable. You just have to choose.

My point is, you have all the skills and resources you need to make something happen. It's not time to give up and throw in the towel. It's time to release those ideas that've kept you bound, open your eyes and tackle one thing at a time.

The advice card for this week is the Sun! Its message is to lighten up, look on the bright side, not dim your glow or shy away. The Sun is a card that emphasises everything I said about the Moon in Libra and Hasta earlier on in the post.

The Sun says get re-inspired, motivate yourself, remain curious, and you'll be surprised at what you find. Find what feels good and start from there. The Sun eliminates negativity and the shadows you cast in the fear that made you feel stuck in the first place.

Instead of looking at it from a place of all that could go wrong, ask yourself, 'what if it all worked out or better?'.

To summarise, this week will ask you to revisit your belief around your current circumstance. It's a reminder to allow things to evolve and not to remain stuck in something that can be changed. It's a week that encourages your curiosity and to remain aware, for that's where the golden opportunity can be found.

If you don't know how to do something, research. It's a powerful week for crossing paths with those who can guide us and point us in the right direction.

For your weekly horoscope, for your Zodiac Sign, they'll go live a little later, on the website.

Until then, have a wonderful week.
