Dare to Dream

Hey loves, we begin the week under the nakshatra of Rohini. The one with childlike wonder and ability to create or make things grow. If you follow my Facebook/Instagram stories, I update you daily with the influence of energies as the Moon shifts between the Nakshatras.

The week beginning under Rohini can bring a certain level of curiosity, naivety and wonder to the week. Rohini is gifted in making things grow, allowing the imagination to get away with you and having to cut things back down to size again. It's like in Alice and Wonderland where she eats the cake, and it makes her grow big. In fact, the week itself gives me Alice in Wonderland vibes. Will you follow the talking white rabbit and fall down the rabbit hole?

Following along with Alice's in Wonderland theme, the week can change perceptions on the future or even just account for what's possible. "It's no use going back to yesterday because I was a different person back then" - feels like an appropriate quote to the week.

Of course, we have a full moon, falling on the 29/30th of December, depending on where you are in the world. In the UK the Full Moon is at 03:28 am, under tropical Cancer, under Ardra. Ardra being un-afflicted by Saturn, the first time in a good few years we have a non-restrictive Full Moon in Cancer.

The energy of Ardra is like the pressure of the sky exploding, bringing thunder and lightning. It's the pressure applied to coal to transform into a diamond. It takes something ugly and transforms it, it unearths the truths and clears a path. Ardra feelings with such force and intensity it'll literally move mountains. It's determined and passionate. It seeks to wash away and clear all that's not right in the world.

The Full Moon will also not be with Saturn's restrictive quality looking upon it, slowing it and restricting its power. Ardra is unleashed and unbound during the Full Moon. You mustn't give up on something, as this time you'll be more successful. You may have been trying for years to bring forth something, working hard but without prevail. Now, with a different approach, you can abolish those blocks and overcome what's been holding you back, and finally, you can make the change and see something through.

I'll leave with this final quote from Alice in Wonderland "Why sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast." - anything is possible if you believe, It is in fact possible.

I feel this week you'll come to face a seemingly impossible challenge, but it's not impossible. The week will enable you to overcome by changing your approach and removing something that has prevented your progress. Dare to dream this week, and you might be surprised at all you can make happen.
